Let Us Introduce Ourselves
1820 Properties was launched in 2020, born out of a desire to build relationships within the community and a passion for meeting the needs of its people. Owners Alex Kube and David Broesky bring years of experience to the construction and multi-family industry and aim to develop living accommodations for people of all budgets. This is made possible thanks to our extensive selection of professional relationships with sub-contractors all over Southern Manitoba.
The name 1820 Properties refers to the Matthew 18:20 passage, which reads: “For where two or three gather in my name, there I am with them.”.
We specialize in multi-family residential construction, but can also develop land and build rentals for commercial purposes. Currently, we build and develop properties independently, but we’re always open to working with investors.
